Stéphanie Castella
Committed and creative professional, Stéphanie Castella has solid experience in project development and business setup. With an excellent knowledge of legal and financial aspects, she is recognized for her rigor and ability to manage complex projects.

Civil engineer (building specialization) graduated from the national institute of applied science of lyon (INSA) and holder of a master degree in real estate from the institute of real estate studies in geneva.
Stéphanie Castella began her professional career in 1997 within the Implenia group, where she worked for 15 years in real estate development, including two years as deputy director for French-speaking Switzerland. In 2012, she joined Créateurs Immobiliers SA as a partner. In January 2024, she joined forces with Yves Perriraz to found SWOAK SA with the aim of ensuring the continuity of activities of Créateurs Immobiliers SA.
Since 2018, she is also a member of the committee of the Association des Promoteurs Constructeurs Genevois (APCG).

Yves Perriraz
Passionate and creative actor, Yves Perriraz has extensive experience in strategic consulting and management of real estate portfolios. In the management of large-scale projects, he is recognized for his holistic approach and ability to mobilize project stakeholders.
Yves Perriraz
Civil engineer (HES), bachelor degree in business management, holder of a master’s degree from the institute of real estate studies and a certificate as company administrator from the swiss board school.
Yves Perriraz began his professional career in 1994 with the Implenia group, where he worked for almost 18 years, including 10 years in real estate development. In 2013, he joined SBB Real Estate as Head of Development Activities in French-speaking Switzerland. In 2016, he took over the real estate management of a large family office based in Geneva. In January 2024, he joined forces with Stéphanie Castella to found SWOAK SA and thus offer his skills to a wider circle of clients.
Since 2022, he has also been a member of the SVIT Romandie committee.

François Dieu
A key personality, François Dieu has enjoyed a long career marked by a passion for stone and a deep commitment to real estate development. In addition to his mandate as Chairman of SWOAK SA, he continues his activities at Créateurs Immobiliers SA and sits on numerous boards and investment committees.
François Dieu
Civil engineer and business management degree.
François Dieu began his professional career in 1982 at CERN, as a project manager. In 1987, he joined Implenia where he held various management positions for 23 years, including the French-speaking management of the Real Estate division (real estate development, general contracting and engineering) and the Swiss management of real estate development. In May 2010, he founded Créateurs Immobilier SA. In January 2024, he took over the chairmanship of SWOAK SA with the aim of ensuring the continuity of the activities of Créateurs Immobiliers SA.
